Pathetic service all round!

Call in at Eldoraigne branch to collect my new cheque card...
Marlene who help me was arrogant and her customer service is pathetic!
I went to the BOB nearer to my home and wanted to change my pin... tried 2x... card is blocked!
Phoned the number on the back of the card and was told the card has to be acticvated!
I've been holding on for 30 minutes eventually put down the phone and still my card is not activated!!!

PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!
NEVEREVER CAN I SAY I'M HAPPY WITH FNB SERVICE!!!
