After lodging a claim for my late wife's insurance at the end of february 2013, to this day Momentum is yet to resolve my claim. Numerous phone calls and e-mails have always returned the same statement: "your claim is awaiting board sign-off." Almost four months later, nothing has been done. I'm really tired oof making endless phone calls and sending e-mails. I was told that it takes 21-7 days to resolve claims and over 110 days later, no communuication from Momentum except reminders that the insurance premiums are unpaid. How's my late wife supposed to pay her premiums???
