Money was taken out of my account, however Standard Bank refuses to refund me the money, indicating that it was an original card, however this is not true as my card is with me at all times.
As far as I'm concerned, Standard Bank is just making up excuses so that they dont have to refund me the money.
It is their responsibility to look after my money while it is kept at their bank.
