Reference 592261/512298. I worked for Murray & Roberts through which I became a member of the Old Mutual Evergreen Fund. When I terminated my services in October 2012, I requested Old Mutual to transfer this money to a Protector Fund in Old Mutual. After many many phone calls and emails, up to today 03 May 2013, my money has still not been transferred into a Protector Fund.
It is not that I wanted to transfer the money to some other financial institution, I preferred Old Mutual. The persons who I speak to via my broker, Mecart, always has some excuse or reason why it has not yet been completed. I am losing interest on this money and seriously consider making use of another financial institution.
