This morning as I drove to work, I knew there is not enough money in my account at FNB to cover all debits that are about to go through during the day and tomorrow as it is the end of the month. At around 14:00 I mailed my Premier Banker at FNB, Melanie Barnard, to ask a favour, not to bounce these debits, as this will have a negative impact on my credit rating and so on. Within 5 minutes she replied with a possible solution to my problem and 15 minutes later my problem went away.
Melanie, in this day and age, service like yours is very, very rare.
