I have being trying now to get my smart spend debit order to be cancelled and to have arrangement to make cash deposits, fnb which is my bank is the only one who refuse to accomedate me in this way, absa and every other institution was more than helpful in this regard as i am currently unemployed, today another debit order goes off after i have had emails from consultant that they will stop it for me and also have someone call me to confirm, which again was not done, i sent email to this consultant and have not yet got a reply.
