Above company asked me to do evaluation of house content and send it to them which I did. After sending, what I assume must be an expert assessor they say my evaluation is not right? SO why did they ask me to do it if they knew I was going to do it wrong? Because that open the door for them to dispute your claim. I still stand by my valuation and they must also except it as correct since I did it with the knowledge I got of doing evaluations.
