Where can we not help our clients???

I applied for a credit card with FNB came back as declined with a long list of reasons were asked to send all documentation for the application to be revised once again DECLINED, I applied at ABSA bank and withing 48hrs I was contacted by a consultant requesting one document send it through in the morning and a few hours later I received a call stating that the account is opened and where could they deliver the card to, so now I ask a bank I dont even deal with HELPED ME and my own BANK FNB where my salary gets paid into sorry DECLINED
