I had a car accident on 22 February 2013, around 8-30am. I reported the accident to King Price, and obtained a claim number. It appeared that my car was towed from pillar to post, and eventually reached its finally destination at some point! I have been calling since Monday, to find out when an Assessor would go out to assess the damages, as i would really like to sort this out ASAP. I understand that there is a process in place, but really, a decent tone of voice, and some feedback would be greatly appreciated. Instead i was told, im not the only client. Its been 3 working days, my car still hasnt been assessed. I am quite frustrated! To begin with, i was not even at fault in this accident, so the inconvenience is on my side, if anything. Please, i would appreciate it, if you could kindly send your ASSESSOR out as soon as possible. I informed Karabo that i will be overseas for a week (which means i will NOT be contactable), so i am merely trying to sort this mess out ASAP!
