A few months ago (october) my salary was paid into my revolving loan account by pure misunderstanding when I went to the standard bank branch in selcout springs I was told it CANNOT be reversed as I required this to be done to prevent falling in arrears with my other debit orders, since then I have been in and out of hospital due to a very problematic pregnancy causing me to fall further in arrears when I tried to sort this problem out with standard bank I was told they cannot help me in anyway. I am now on unpaid maternity leave worsening my predicament and when standard bank said I should request a payment holiday on my bond I done just that and was told I would be contacted in 5 working days this was 3 weeks ago!!! The service standard bank advertises and delivers are two completely different things! This is really pathetic!
