I have recently noticed that I am paying a lot more bank charges than usual. When I investigated the matter I noticed that I have been transferred to the Potentiate Package from a Silver Package without my knowledge or consent. To top this, The Potentiate package claims to have a going rate of R139 per month for bank charges - I have been paying R150 management fee, R11 admin charge and a R1.50 internet banking fee (this amount also varies each month). I was paying about R100 for my silver package that I was on before I was transferred, I also noticed that the new going rate for the silver bundle is R79. I would like to be put back on the silver package and refunded my banking fees that I was paying without my consent.
