Debitting my Account without consent

I just opened my account with ABSA going on second month and already they have deducted my account for R2800 with out notifying me with a phone call, letter or email... How rediculous is this, can a human live life if treated like this, Agent was rude and said there is nothing that can be done, I must log a call to their complaints department.. Being sucha reputable bank can their staff treat you like that and can the industry do what they just did and get away with it. Makes you wonder if you should bank with people like this. Should you invest your hard earned moneys into a bank like this?
