FNB HAVE NO IDEA!!!

I am trying to open a separate account for an overseas trip. Don't want to use my FNB cheque account. Simple enough? I thought so...
I was transferred from one department to the next for about half hour, having to verify my account details about 5 times. WHAT THE!!!???

AreFNB so incompetent that they cant figure out this request??? I made a BIG MISTAKE going to FNB, will have to close my account ASAP and move to Standard BANK!!!

IDOTS!!!
