Never have I ever received such excellent service from any service provider. I was robbed on the train at 15:30 on the 25th of Feb in Cape Town. On the morning of the 26th I called outsurance to claim from my handbag cover. An extremely competent gentleman by the name of Delwyn handled my request and my claim was settled in less than 3 hours. If that is not excellent service then I don't know what is.
