Outsurance
False advertising

Outsurance has advertised on several occassions that if they can't beat your current premium they will pay you R400, however on Friday 22 feb I sent an sms for them to call for qoutes for my vehicle insurance. A gentleman by the name of Jako called to get my profile and give me a quotation. He quoted me R1600 which is far more than what I am currently paying for. After our conversation he did not offer me the R400 that they spoke about and I also forgot to ask. This morning (25 feb) I remembered but did not have a reference of the call that was made. So I decided to start the whole process from scratch and spoke to Jeremiah. He again gave me a quote that was high and then did not want to pay my R400 because he said I did not call them and that I was getting a quote for the second time. I tried to explain what happened before and he couldn't care less, he was not prepared to pay that money. This is a clear case of false advertising because they are clearly not prepared to pay this money. My name is Tshidiso Nchuba
