Last week (Thursday I believe) I went to the standard bank Rivonia to activate my internet banking (i.e. set my limit).
The consultant (Lethabo) took my ID and did what appeared to be his job but lo and behold, when I log in, my limit is still set at zero.
Can someone from Standard Bank please call me to sort this out? I'm not going back to a branch; I've done my part so please do yours.
If you cannot assist me telephonically, please have someone call me about closing this account.
