Every month since June 2013 Capitec debits me a week early before my pay date.
I am tired as i have sent numerous emails attaching statements and payslips, i have contacted the complaints call center a month ago. This is affecting my profile badly i am shown as someone who cant handle her finances.
The only thing i can do know is block you guys from debiting me and pay manually, i will be contacting the Ombudsman about this this is really pathetic.
Really terrible service if not holding on the line for hours it is consultants who have no clue what they are talking about sort this out...
