Terrible response times from Homeloans

It seems to me that the homeloans department does not know what they are doing. I've been waiting over a month for feedback for a process that is supposed to take just 14 working days. I was told the matter was escalated to management and days go by and noone has contacted me. I would like this matter resolved immediately. Can someone please process my application or else tell me and i'll gladly move to another bank.
