i would like to thank the bank that understands and appreciate its customers, the level of service from the bank is just too good.
i have banked with 3 different banks but CAPITEC is the bank that stands out from the rest. i was given great service today when i needed help with regards to my loan account,
the lady by Thembeka/Thembela forgive me if i got the name wrong, but she is from the head office, (accounts). exellent service she gave and patience to listen and understand my query.
