Dissapointing service & waiting for months now

Someone phoned me on the 8th of Feb, asked me to send documentation (which I have sent numerous times in the past - Since October 2012), but I've sent again. I was promised by a person in a team lead / management position who also contacted me that day, that this will be done on the same day and if not, on the Monday (as this was on a Friday) I was happy as I thought this would be sorted out after a long struggle... But no. Nothing!!! No phone calls, no emails. Nothing has been done. It is unbelievable. Very very very disappointed!!!
