I have a problem, in that because I work on a temp basis lately my salary is flexible, however when FNB first returned debits on my account 5 debitsx R138, i was flabbergasted, and then I went into a branch and spoke to a lady (Zanele/Zandile or Zama) i cried really cried asking her to help with suggestions and she said there is nothing she can do, I asked about perhaps another account, she said unfortunately she couldnt help, I would just have to wait, Iput a complaint on FNB website and recieved a call from a guy (Ravin) very helpful, but alas not much he could do, I am sitting now almost a year later I understand debit orders, however is there no suggestions maybe to change the account or something, anyway a year later and almost R500 to 600 a month in debit order charged for a single mum with 2 school goin kids and a toddler earning - R6000.Even when i call i get then same dont touch your money, MY POINT IS I NEED HELP, YOUR GUYS JINGLE IS " HOW CAN WE HELP YOU", yet time and again i get told nothing much they can do, not once did anyone suggest perhaps changuing to a debit facility or something affordable NOPE just to ollect from poor.i AM EVEN NOW ON DEPRESSION MEDS.ARGHH
