Absolutely horrifying claims experience, at the end of February 2013 I lodged a claim with
king price my insurer, who might I add had only good things to say about as they
decrease my premium every month and premiums are really cheap, compared to the
quotes i received, little did I know that premiums where cheap because they don't want t pay claims,
Today I requested a follow up call as its been a while since i heard from them regarding my claim,
the advisor tells me that they are waiting for feedback on initial start up conversation,
which was done by my husband. A few years ago I had a discrepancy with telkom,
and paid it of in full and was not aware that a judgement was still on my name. Now they say they need to check what the judgement was about. The problem is, is that it took them 3 weeks to give me any feedback and I only received feedback after asking.
Does it take them that long to get back to their customers regardless of the feedback???
