King Price has made a Royal #@! * up
1 month since I submitted a claim with King Price and my Cell Phone has still not been replaced!!!
My phone (LG optimus) had fallen from a balcony and the screen was shattered, to try and avoid claiming I took it into a local service provider (in durban) to find out if i could repair it however I was told the phone was uneconomical to repair.
I called King price and advised them the situation,
they then said the phone needed to be collected for inspection which was understandable but it needed to be couriered to Johannesburg!!??
This of course was a process and I waited patiently for over 2 weeks for some sort of feedback.
My phone eventually arrives,
1. The phone was not working at all! I cant believe it wasn't even tested,
2. A repair was done to the screen and it was sticking out on one side
3. the casing was damaged in the fall but not replaced because according to king price's service provider it was old damaged, indirectly saying that I was lying!! This annoyed me even more as I am pedantic with my phone.
4. Phone had to be sent & tested again
Still no phone, still no feedback or apology, King prices service stinks!
