My experience with Rusdien Kirsten has been one of an excellent service level. I was expecting to have a difficult experience as is with most assessors and the clients always wind up being frustrated but to my surprise it was quite the opposite.
He took time to listen to my ordeal and showed genuine concern and empathy for the traumatic experience that I had suffered.
He was courteous and understanding in listening to the condition of my vehicle when it was in my care prior to the incident.
Thus far my experience here at Tele Sure has been truly and amazing one. This is the kind of service that is needed especially after clients have been through traumatic and stressfull experiences. Not all clients are trying to scheme and make false claims and therefore need to be treated in the manner that they should.
