I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for the best service provided by the UD insurance Brokers, from the beginning of the accident until this time. This was the first experience and it has not been the way people had painted insurance to be. Everything was properly explained to me, and you guys communicated with me all the time. I was never left with uncertainties of what will happen, everything was clearly explained to me in time.
The reception was good from all the assistant i came in contact with, they were understanding, supportive and listening patiently. Accident is a very traumatic experience and you guys made it all bearable and i am forever grateful for that.
