I made a withdrawl from my daughters account and the card got swallowed. Because of a policy rd, the account went into a minus as the company made an error on the debit date. My wife went in for a new card today, 27/3/2013 at the main and sauer branch and the consultant told her that they can't give her one because the account is in a minus. I mean, what the is wrong with them?? She told them that money will be in the account tonight and they still refused to help her!!! They didn't even bother to take a look at the activity on the account over the past few years and just shoved her off!! That's not fair one bit. "How can we help you??? ", is just a big joke. Try hiring people that deal with matters in a more professional way!!!
