FNB and Nedbank not helpful!!!

On the 1st of Feb I tried to purchase goods amounting to R179.59 using my FNB Cheque card. The card was declined TWICE by the Nedbank card machine due to connection errors. I then used my Standard Bank Credit card and it was declined as well (Total: R538.77) I then withdrew the money at the ATM and payed for my order. When I arrived home I noticed that the transactions went through on my accounts. I called Superspar and they told me that it would take approx. 3 working days for the transactions to be reversed. A week later no change with my FNB and Standard Bank accounts showing the outstanding authorizations. I contacted Standard Bank who could immediately fix the problem. When I spoke to FNB however they told me to contact Superspar who in turn told me the fault with FNB. Thus after several calls I have been receiving a constant run around. I was shocked to speak to a Tabisho Molefe at FNBs contact center who was completely useless, unhelpful and reluctant to provide his details or his managers details. Receiving the exact opposite level of service you would expect from FNB. Today the 21st it appears that one transaction STILL needs to be reversed. WHO CAN HELP ME?
