Great service from Andrew at FNB

I went in to update my FICA documentation at the Rosebank office yesterday and was helped by Andrew. He was polite, efficient and very helpful, assisting me not only with updating my FICA documentation but getting my ID copies certified and discussing how best to manage my fees. I've always had a really good relationship with FNB, and I've always had good service, but on the rare occasions I have to go into a branch being helped by someone as efficient, friendly and genuinely concerned as Andrew makes the world of difference.
