Received an email from LD Collect to tell me that they did not receive payment due to me putting a stop payment at my bank because of an illegal debit that went off my account december 2012, At no point did anyone contact me about my loan enquiry and I never gave permission to debit my account, Tried calling their number today and no ring tone at all. REPORT THEM TO THE FSB (FINANCIAL SERVICE BOARD) department.0800 313 626 or [Email Removed] I will be lodging a formal complaint with the FSB, consumer protection committe and FICA because this is of the highest level and they need to be brought to justice.
LET'S NOT JUST WRITE ABOUT OUR BAD EXPERIENCE BUT TAKE ACTION.
