I attempted to cancel my policy with OUTsurance and the service consultant handling the cancellation started making slanderous suggestions about competing insurance companies. One company mentioned was Discovery and before any further defamation took place I halted the conversation and asked the service consultant to immediately cancel the policy with OUTsurance.
This type of service is unprofessional and if this is how the way Outsurance conducts their business I will never engage in business with them and I will never recommend their services.
