NO R400 OUT (surance)

I send all proof of lower premiums of SANTAM (my insurance) to Mr Perkins of outsurance. He never replied. Lodge a complaint. Reply was they will look into it until now 6 months ago... nothing! NO R400/ NO EXPLANATION. Thanx outsurance, but insurance sound rather better!!!
