I phoned my insurance (Budget) because I recieved a better offer for my vehicle's insurance cover; I was transfered to Tinashe and explained the situation to him. He immediatly said that they do not want to loose a client and offered me a discounted premium which I gladly aggreed to.
Thank you for the friendly assistance and for adjusting my premium so easily and quickly. I'm staying with Budget!
