I recently took out a loan with moneystar. After two months I want to settle the loan, but I am unable to get hold of the contact center. I've tried phoning at least 10 times, but the customer care line never picks up the phone. I then selected the "new loan" option, and they answered within seconds, and transferred me to the customer services, who still doesn't pick up. I think that this is useless service, and their attitude towards customers are pathetic. You can't have a loan agency and not be ready for correspondence to your clients. This is the worst feedback that I have ever received from any financial institution, and being an accountant, I have seen really bad.
