I called MiWay to cancel the insurance as i felt it was too much and was getting a better deal elsewhere. Nthati actually checked my rerate and found that she can lower my premiums. Needless to say i'm a very happy client right now as the new premium beats the one i had and also the alternative one i had received. Thank you Nthati for the excellent service. I was ready to throw in the towel but your calmness and wit saved the day.
