I needed to do a big payment on my internet banking. I went to the branch to up my limit. I sat there for 20 minutes and they okayed it. When I got back to my office and tried to make a payment it still blocked me. I spent 2 hours on the phone with customer services on the Internet banking side and they said that after they had authorised it, it needs to go back to the branch to get further authorisation. They called the branch for me and there was no answer. Due to this incompetence I have now lost a business deal that I have worked on for 6 months.
