I had a judgement and trace alerts on my credit report. The manner in which I was welcomed by Brenda Letsiye was warm, kind and friendly.
Then Cynthia Malapane the consultant took over and explained everything in details (no fine prints issues experienced till the end). It was made very clear on how I was going to be assisted and what is expected from my side, timelines of when all will be resolved, etc. Cynthia kept me updated on every little detail/changes happening. Even though at times I was struggling to keep my part, not even once was I treated badly or with attitude, she supported me all the way. And am very thankful
