Model Insurance
After 12 months the claim has not been paid out

My father passed away due to a motorcycle accident. His insurance company, Modelinsurance (0317019160), received all the necessary documentation a week after his accident (end of February 2012). After 3 months of struggling to get the claim payout from them I received a letter stating that they can't pay me out (as executor of the estate) because the policy is in my fathers fiance name and the claim pay out will be to her. She has been trying now for 9 months to get them to pay out and then all of a sudden I get a call last week from Ria de Wet (the one who signed the document stating that they must payout to my fathers fianc?) saying that now they must payout to me. Ria has been making empty promises for almost a year now and not one cent has been paid out. Please help
