Service at Sunnypark FNB is bad

Good-day

The service at Sunnypark (FNB) is very bad, the manager is rude. I went to FNB to do a reversal on my account, I stood on the queue for more than an hour, filled the form and nothing happened. This morning I call them to ask as I did not get any feedback from them and the lady said she is putting me to the manager. He is sooo rude, its not funny. He asked me why am I reversing, I explained, told me they cannot get the code of the supplier and i asked, why not at least inform me. He asked me who is suppose to inform me... and he just said "bye bye sisi".

It irritates me to use FNB lately, yes the charges are good compared to other banks but the service is going down each day especially in Sunnypark. I do not know why the bank was opened if the staff was not trained.
