My request for cancellation was submitted on 24 January 2013. It has now been 21 days and still no 7.14 certificate. I am terrribly upset with the service from DebtBusters, the agents keep passing the buck and do not respond to messages to provide me with feedback.
I request immediate action as I have been patient, but enough is enough!!
