ABSA BANK LAUDIUM BRANCH DISGUSTING

On the first incident in January i lost my ATM card, went to the bank to get a new ATM card. Fine they issued me with a new card but they did not feel it was important for them to let me knw that my ATM daily limit went down to R1000.00. End the month went to the ATM to urgently get some money and bang i could only get a miserable R1000. Had to wait and go to the bank on Saturday as it was a Monday and i dont get chance during the week.
As if that was not enough on Saturday went to Absa Attridgeville branch to receive & send money via Western Union as Laudium Branch doesnt have. There was another surprise i couldn't do anything on my account as it was locked for proof of residence. We all know knw that they can only require one after 3yrs and my account is not even 1year old. Apparently what happened is the previous weekend went to the bank wanted to change from Islamic Savings to Islamic Cheque and the lady by the name of Farhana wanted to check whether they require a proof of residence or not. As I am not clued with banking i just thought its checking not knowing that she locked my account and she did not bother as usual to let me knw. i am so f disappointed in them.
