I submited a claim for poor workship of Wakefields contractors with outsurance as they contracted them to re do our kithcen after a fire. The celings are now sagging. I reported this on the 11 Jan & 2 days later the assessor confirmed that the contractor will come out & fix it. One month later no one called us. I called last 2 weeks ago & nothing was done. I called again last week & the consultant did a conference call to the service provider who came out to my house & arranged with my mom to come out last wed to attend to. they arranged to come out at 5:30am, however they cancelled on the day & advised they would come out on the 15th. They once again cancelled saying that they had an urgent job, I find this unacceptable!! if my ceiling collapses & causes further damages or hurts someone, I wil be holding outsurance responsible. My parents had made special arrangements for someone to be home during the week to accomdate the contractor however now, they will need to accomodate us & attend to this during the week end. if our celing is not attended to by this saturday, I will be lodging an offical complaint with the ombudsman
