Poor service feedback, no urgency to resolve matte

A further 2 weeks have passed and i am still waiting for the quote to be finalised!

I was instructed to drop my vehicle off at Fordicks last Tuesday so that the original assessor at Forsicks and the assessor from Budget Insurance (Telesure) can come to an agreement. I was told this would be sorted out by mid day and the repair would go ahead soon after.

Subsequently, i phoned Forsdicks this afternoon to find out the status of my vehicle as i had NOT heard anything back and they told me that no work had been done on the car and it has been sitting there for 4 days waiting for the authorisation! I then called the assessor at Telesure who informed me that the claim was infact authorised with Forsdicks..so why is my car not being repaired?!

I have spent the better part of this afternoon to get hold of the workshop manager who is not answering and now after 4:30 must have gone home. So my car sits in the factory for another 2 days!

I have never experienced such bad service in my life.

Between Telesure, Budget Insurance and Forsidicks i cant say whose more at fault or who is worse!

The only way i seem to get a response from any company is to resort to Hello Peter.
