Call centre agent quality

I called to adjust my policy as I bought a new car. The call center answered my call within 30 seconds and I went straight through to Bonolo. She adjusted my policy efficiently and was very knowledgeble and was able to answer all my questions. I rate Miway call centre service as a 11/10!
