THIS REPORT IS WRITTEN ON BEHALF OF MY A CLIENT, MY MOTHER FN MKONDWENI. SHE SUFFERD A KNEE INJURY IN 2012 SOME TIME AROUND JUNE/JULY. THIS WAS AS A RESULT OF NEGLEGENCE ON SPARGS IN BUTTERWORTH SIDE AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS INJURY AND MEDICAL BILLS THEREOF. SHE CONTACTED LEGALWISE FOR LEGAL ADVICE AND OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO HER AND SPOKE TO MR FEBANA.THE LAST COMMUNICATION SHE HAD FROM THIS MAN WAS IN JULY 2012 AND IT'S NOW FEBRUARY 2013. THIS IS MY CONCERN THAT I NEED TO BE ADDRESSED, WHY IS SHE NOT BEING CONTACTED TO BE GIVEN FEEDBACK ABOUT THIS MATTER? SHOULD LEGALWISE NOT KEEP CONTACT WITH CLIENTS TO GIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT DEVELOPMENTS OF THE CASE? IS THIS CASE EVEN GOING FORWARD OR HAS IT BEEN SHOVED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PILE? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND GOES AGAINST ALL THE PROPAGANDA THAT WE SEE ON YOUR ADVERTS ON TV ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS STORIES (THAT ACTUALLY MAKE THE POOR JOIN), ITS ALL FLAWED. OUT OF THIS REPORT/COMPLAINT, I WOULD LIKE MY MOM TO BE CONTACTED, ADVISED HOPEFULLY ASSISTED WITH WHAT SHE WANTS OUT OF SPARGS BUTTERWORTH. PLEASE CONTACT HER AND NOT ME
