In August 2012 we sent an email to Liberty Life - Justin Dickson asking for some information regarding 12 staff members policies. To date (and I follow up every month) I am still waiting.
I have to date sent almost 30 emails - made numerous phone calls and copied a number of people.
This week I escalated the query to Andre van Vuuren to which I still have not had a reply.
These are not complicated queries - very simple to resolve. I would be happy for anyone to resolve...
