I enquired last November 2012 to settle my account - due to large amount I decided to pay 4 times the amount in November December and January to settle in late Feb (as I would be sure the amount would be less). I found that the interest for the 3 months was R2000.00! and I wasn't even close to settling.

I enquired on several times however absa just fails to response. I even asked for a statement just to see how they calculated the amount however to no avail. If someone, somewhere made a mistake... the least they can do is... just confess and chat to me... but no one has a answer for me.
