I got into trouble with my card some 4 years ago and arranged a pay back plan to Diners Club through Mr Herman Du Preez (Legal Department) I offered to pay R3000.00 per month until the account was paid in full. despite requesting statements, these were not always sent, in the nearly 4 years it has taken me to pay back the money plus interest I have never missed a payment, January this year I enquired with Mr Du Preez as to the state of my account and was told the account had been over paid and there was a refund due to me, he asked me to send my banking details to him so the refund could me made, this I did on the 25th Jan 2013, as nothing reflected in my account I sent a further email to Mr Du Preez 8th February 2013 and got an out of office reply, after endless calls to Diners club, I eventually got hold of a Miss/Mrs Allen on 11 feb 2013 who advised that she would get the team leader to contact me, I am still waiting, the thing I would like to ask, would Diners Club like me to arrange a payment plan for them?
