I would like to say thank you to Mr Pravesh Bejay @ group customer care for his respose to my complaint but, what I can't understand is how is he going to look into my complaint when he hasn't got any of my husbands details? Is this just another promise? I read in the news that absa lost hundreds of thousands of customers to capitec because of their treatment towards their customers who have been banking for a long time at Absa they have been turning customers away for personel loans and low income customers and my husband has been a typical example of how clients are treated at your bank. My question to Absa ; is this the way to start off after the promise made via the media to win back clients?
