Dear Peter,
I have sent a request to FNB for a refund after my bank account was debited for a returned faulty device. A lady by the name of Katlego Blanket called and promised to refund my account on Monday 4th February 2013, to date that has not materialised.
I hope that my account will not be debited again end of February. I would appreciate a call from FNB with an explanation and confirmation of my refund before I take this matter up with my Lawyer, cannot be dealing with FNB's admin for almost three months now, how inefficient can a bank be? This is totally embarrassing as FNB claims to be a reputable bank but after my experience, I am considering changing to another institution.
