Two weeks ago I made a compaint about non-existant service from FNB. One or two calls were in fact received however NONE of my issues have yet been resolved, and my further queries remain unanswered ESPECIALLY from NELLY @ Northgate. Absolutely UNACCEPTBLE, but typical of the way our country is headed, i.e. NO accountability AT ALL. Not long before FNB become top of the complaints "hit parade" you go guys...
